Your personal information is stored by BookMyTour.ae for the purpose of sending email about the offers that BookMyTour.ae brings to its subscribers, and also to confirm/verify the process of payments for the bookings done by the subscriber/user at BookMyTour.ae. Upon registration you will receive emails from BookMyTour.ae about BookMyTour.ae offers, Newsletters, marketing emails on behalf of BookMyTour.ae merchant promotions & events. Your personal information is safe with BookMyTour.ae, and we will not disclose any subscriber/user information with any Third Party that is not affiliated or in business with BookMyTour.ae. Your personal information will also be used to better understand the requirement of BookMyTour.ae & its’ subscribers/users in order to bring you the best deals in town. The user/subscriber can unsubscribe from such emails at any time from the links provided within the email, to stop receiving any further emails which may take up to 2-3 working days to be in effect.

Fees & Charges
There is no fees charged to subscribe/register at BookMyTour.ae, except for the tour bookings done through Credit/Debit Card or Cash.
User Equipment
User/Subscriber shall be wholly and solely responsible for their equipment & charges related to those equipment used to access BookMyTour.ae.
BookMyTour.ae will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the User/Subscriber’s equipment resulting from the use of BookMyTour.ae.

Refunds
We always want our customers to be happy. But BookMyTour.ae is not responsible for any quality of service from the merchant. There is no refund on any bookings done, unless the merchant refuses to accept any valid booking. Invalid/Expired bookings are non-refundable, and no booking is valid for exchange of cash. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Age Requirement
BookMyTour.ae Users/Subscribers are only eligible to register/subscribe/transact at BookMyTour.ae if they are 18 years of age & above.
Credit/Debit Card Usage
Please ensure that the bookings done through Credit/Debit Card is with your own Credit/Debit Card using your own BookMyTour.ae account, and not a Third Party Credit/Debit Card and/or a Third Party BookMyTour.ae account. Any purchase that is done through a Third Party Credit/Debit Card and/or a Third Party BookMyTour.ae account, will entail to invalidation of a booking done through that Account/Card at any time, and no refunds will be offered by BookMyTour.ae.
Visa and Master Card and AED will be accepted for payment.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Cancellation policy
If trip cancelled / amended 48 hrs prior to the tour date, no cancellation charges will be applicable.
If trip cancelled / amended within 24 to 48 hrs prior to the tour date, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.
If trip cancelled / amended 24 hrs prior to the tour date or in the event of no show, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
