5. What is the refund policy?
We always want our customers to be happy. But BookMyTour.ae is not responsible for any quality of service from the tour operator. There is no refund on any bookings done, unless the merchant refuses to accept any valid booking. Invalid/Expired bookings are non-refundable, and no booking is valid for exchange of cash.
6. What is the cancellation policy?
If trip cancelled / amended 72 hrs prior to the tour date, no cancellation charges* will be applicable. If trip cancelled / amended within 48 hrs prior to the tour date, 50% cancellation charges* will be applicable. If trip cancelled / amended 24 hrs prior to the tour date or in the event of no show , 100% cancellation charges will be applicable. For Groups : If trip cancelled / amended 72 hrs prior to the tour date, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable. *Amount will refunded after deducting service charges
7. What is the bad weather policy?
All cruise and desert operations are subject to weather condition. The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel any trip / tour if the cancellation or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to act of God, bad weather condition, vessel traffic, government intervention, duty to assist person in distress during the cruise, civil commotion or industrial dispute.
