- 24 hours prior booking is required
- Pick up time : 2:30pm – 3:00pm
- Drop off time : 9:00pm - 9:30pm
- Pick up timing will be informed on the date of the tour
- The pick up will be arranged from centrally located hotels in Dubai only and not from the Airport
- If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you to suggest a standard meeting point
- Pick up from Areas other than centrally located hotels in Dubai will be done on request with an additional surcharge
- Sharing transfers is available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Al Barsha
- Pick up from Dubai Parks & Resorts for this activity can be arranged on Exclusive basis with an extra surcharge
- Pregnant women, people with back, neck, and heart problems are not recommended for the desert safari tour
- Entertainment shows will not be available during the holy month of Ramadan and on other Islamic occasions
- No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity
- The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location

- Seats are not pre-allocated. Seating will depend on the order of picking up guests from different locations or as per the driver's instruction
